HNU MyFinAid

Welcome to the Holy Names University's financial aid web portal, MyFinAid.  You can:

  • Check the status of your application
  • View a list of documents we've received from you and a list of the documents still outstanding 
  • View your financial aid award
  • View your student loan history

Log In Instructions

To access this online system, enter your HNU student ID# and your PIN (password). If you haven't been assigned a PIN yet, please click on First Time User in the Log In box.  Access is currently only available to current students that have completed a FAFSA.  Non FAFSA filers and new students will be given access as soon as possible.

 

You must be admitted to Holy Names University and have a financial aid record already established at Holy Names University in order to use this system. If you have not begun the financial aid application process, you can get started by completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid online. Enter our school code, 001183, on your application and we will automatically receive a copy.

 

This is a new system and we are aware that some students are unable to activate their accounts.  If you are a continuing student, have already filed a FAFSA, and are unable to activate your account, please email financialaid@hnu.edu with the subject "FA Account Error Code XX" where XX is the two character error code displayed on your screen when you try to create your account.  The Financial Aid staff will try to resolve any access problems.
